Get a visit from our Special Water and Air Quality Team (SWAT). We specialize in trouble shooting issues with existing pools and the buildings they are in.
Ceilings, walls, and vents can tell a lot about indoor air quality in a natatorium. And so can your swimmers. Give the users of your pool the safe experience they deserve. Richard Scott has worked as a team member to provide relief in these kinds of situations at the Colorado Spring’s US Olympic Training Center natatorium, Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland, OR, Mt. Scott Community Center in Portland, OR and Farmington, NM.
Evaluations of indoor facilities can look at many aspects of a facility:
- Safety of ceiling systems supported by wire that can fail from corrosion.
-Approach to lighting
-Slippery floors that may be remediated.
-Total Aquatic Programming: Are the pools what is needed for a sustainable facility.
-Energy usage of pools that could be reduced by 20% to improve finances.
We will put our adept SWAT team to work for the health of your swimmers and your building.
We have portable sensors for temperature and humidity that will quickly give us downloadable data on what is happening in your pool’s building. On larger, more complex projects, it may be advantageous to install a full AutoPilot system to monitor more points (25 to 35 common) permanently. While AutoPilot is more intensive at start-up, it usually results in net utility cost savings for the facility on the order of 20% or more.
