Aquatic Excellence has performed two kinds of programming studies:

1.Determine the programs and activities that may be performed in an aquatic center that has a certain mix of deep and cold competition pools, shallow and warm teaching pool and warmer pool for therapy or social activities.  Swim teams and water aerobics might be obvious, but what about SCUBA, kayaking, or movie night?  An example of a programming study for Conroe ISD, TX is included in the white papers section.

2.On every project, indoor or outdoor, we provide an architect’s building space program for the pools and the buildings. This lists the function of spaces with an area in square feet. An example of this type of work is shown in the Gastonia, NC report. As a service to architects, we will provide a space program for any project that we are working on:  for outdoor pools’ changing facility or indoor pools’ entire building.
