We offer to tailor a study for your needs:

1.Swim teams often need a study to develop their building project for their own pool. We provide the programming of the building spaces, design a concept that will meet the needs of the team, write a narrative to explain the project to others, who may be investors or funding sources and a cost estimate.

2.Schools may need a study that evaluates the existing condition of pools, concept drawings of possible renovation or replacement pools or how to expand the existing natatorium to meet new needs. This type of study also focuses on a program, narrative, concept and cost estimate.

3.Municipalities often need a study to determine the condition of existing pools and the costs of replacing them with new generation pools versus renovating them.

4. 4.Developers of a swim school may need an economic feasibility study. For this type of study, we provide the same things to the Owner. However, we also engage the services of an independent  economic analyst, who is not a part of our firm. Although we work hand in hand with them on many projects, we cannot control whether the economic analysis will be profitable or not. This is one of the benefits of  having the analysis done by a separate firm.

Mission Viejo Swim Team study on expansion of their facility resulted in no change to their plan.

Juneau, AK Glacier Swim Team study for a new natatorium resulted in a successful bond referendum. The 8 lane by 25 yard competition pool and leisure pool are under construction. (As of October 2009)

The City of Pharr, Texas had us evaluate their existing pools and propose replacements for 60 year old pools. The City Commission will meet to decide which of three options to build.
